Just thinking about laughter puts an automatic smile on my face – how about you?

Did you know… that we tend to laugh up to 30 times more often when we’re in good company?
Sadly – but not – children laugh far more often than adults – I think as adults we need to find our inner child again.
Oh.. (this one’s good) women tend to laugh just a little bit more than men on a regular basis… do you agree?
Laughter truly is the best of medicines – it has the ability to improve our moods instantly.
Laughter can help fight infection, can reduce pain & stress.
Laughter can help us overcome fears, release anxiety, tension, anger and even guilt.
And did you know… a whole-hearted dose of laughter can boost your immune system & frequent bursts of laughter can help your body to fight off diseases too.
Laughter is so much FUN and also extremely contagious – (it’s like a domino effect).
Hmm… here’s one you may not know… you can force yourself to smile, and you can even trick your brain into thinking you’re happy… BUT – you can’t actually force laughter.
** I’m not so sure I agree though as I just tried and ended up laughing at myself for trying because I sounded so funny trying. **
